K&N Performance Gold Oil Filters were originally developed for demanding race applications, and now these premium oil filters are rapidly becoming a favorite among motorcyclists for their durability and easy removal. K&N oil filters use resin impregnated cellulose filter media. This allows for higher flow rates while providing outstanding filtration. Ideal for use with high-end synthetic motor oils. Specific filters include an anti-drain back valve, when applicable, that prevents oil from draining back into the crankcase during engine shutdown. Available in both spin-on and cartridge-type applications. All spin-on filters are offered in your choice of black or chrome finish and come with a 17 mm nut welded to the top so they can be easily wrenched-off with a standard tool.
